One-day wristband for the weekend
One-day wristbands for the weekend programme can be purchased here on the website under the respective performances and will be exchanged for a physical wristband when you arrive at the festival site. It is possible to reserve seats for the individual performances (NB. ‘Seat reservation needed’) at the ticket- and info stand at the festival site for the day which you wristband is valid.
Buy your one-day wristbands via Billetto or by telephone, call +45 71 99 88 77. The ticket sales office is open Monday to Friday from 10.00 – 15.00.
Your one-day wristband is valid for either Saturday or Sunday, May 3ord – 31st. The ticket price is 100 DKK for children (age 1-12 years) and 150 DKK for adults.
Terms of purchase
Please note: Errors and omissions excepted. Spring Festival reserves the right to change prices, performance dates, repertoire, casting etc.
Under the Danish Act on Certain Consumer Agreements (Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler), section 17(2) as set out in section 9(2), item 2a, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal.
– Please check your tickets for the performance, date and time
– Tickets are not replaced in the event of loss
– Tickets are only refunded in the event of cancellation on the part of the theatre
– Any handling charges are not refundable
Payment
You can pay with credit card, MobilePay and cash. All credit card communication is encrypted, so nobody else is able to see your card details. Your card details are sent via DIBS to NETS, and ZeBU does not save your card details. Card payments are subject to a card fee.
Right to exchange
If you want to experience Springfestival 2026 on a different day, we can certainly exchange your tickets for the festival in question for another date – assuming tickets are available.
Loss
If you have lost your tickets, contact Spring Festival’s ticket sales on +45 71 99 88 77.
Complaints
Any complaints regarding the performance must be submitted to ZeBU at post@zebu.nu.
